Our initial offering of properties has been sold out for many years but we
do offer a variety of resale properties, including empty and combination
sites.
These properties usually include just about everything you need to set up your
summer home at Buttonwood Beach. (Even the kitchen sink!) Many units
include appliances, carpeting, furniture, drapes and all the conveniences of
home. Custom decks and porches, utility sheds, golf carts and more for your
enjoyment.
Our experienced staff is committed to a high standard of care to ensure
that your camping experience is a special one. From the moment you
enter our electronically programmed entrance gate (each resident has their
own assigned personal identification code number) you will start to feel the
safe, tranquil peace of this stress-free corner of the world. All utilities are
underground to ensure your view is unmarred. With the assistance of our
staff, you can do as much, or as little, of the maintenance on your property as
you’d like. Don’t worry about cutting grass, we’ll take care of that for you.
Water leak at your outside spigot? That’s our job. Need your trailer roof sealed
or have another project in mind? We’ll happily give you a no cost, no
obligation estimate and have the work done on time on budget. Your main
job? Learning how to relax again!
It’s difficult to describe Buttonwood Beach in words, so we encourage you
to visit our development and take a self-guided tour. During the summer
months, our business office is open weekdays from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and on
weekends and summer holidays from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please give us a

will be in the office to answer your questions and give you access through our
security gate.
